A control to show a data-quality and duplicate-detection panel for Account, Contact, and Lead forms.

Shows a live health score across four dimensions (Completeness, Validity, Freshness, Uniqueness), lists concrete field issues with one-click fixes (Option Set choices, native lookup picker, activity logging), and detects fuzzy duplicates with a "not a duplicate" decision that actually persists, unlike Dataverse's native duplicate detection, which re-flags the same pair every time. Includes one-click Merge via Dataverse's documented Merge action.
